These policies explain KorLi WebWorks’ current working process. A confirmed project scope or signed agreement can add project-specific terms.

Privacy
- KorLi may collect names, business names, contact details, website URLs, project details, quiz answers, and form submissions needed to respond, scope work, build websites, provide support, and improve services.
- KorLi does not sell personal information.
- Information may be processed through relevant hosting, form, email, scheduling, analytics, CRM, project, and payment platforms.
- Do not send passwords or sensitive access credentials through ordinary forms or chatbot messages. Secure access-transfer steps are arranged directly when required.
- No website, email system, or online platform can guarantee perfect security, but KorLi takes reasonable steps to protect information.
- Reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests can be sent to contact@korliwebworks.com.
Service terms
- Package descriptions and prices are starting scopes. KorLi confirms the project scope before accepting a deposit.
- KorLi does not guarantee revenue, traffic, search rankings, lead volume, sales, conversion rates, or other business outcomes.
- Third-party platforms remain subject to their own availability, policies, licences, and fees.
- Clients must have the right to use materials they supply and must approve final content before launch.
- KorLi may decline work that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, harmful, or not realistically implementable.
- Completed work may be shown in KorLi’s portfolio unless another written arrangement applies.
